1. Refund Policy

You may only apply for the refund of the item if the item is defective and/or damaged on delivery.

Please inform us on the damaged item within 7 days after item is received, together with photo of proof. Any request after that shall not be entertained.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

You may only apply for the return and exchange of the item if the item is received with the wrong specification and variant, provided that the item is unused and in new condition.

Request of exchange with a different item is only available if the item is of the same value or higher.

Kindly note that we always check our products before shipping it out. We sincerely apologize if the item was defective as accident could happen during shipment, and we have no control over it.

However, we will do our part by making sure your item is properly and safely wrapped. Please be reminded that we will not refund or resend if the damage was caused by customer.
