About Shipping

1. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee is calculated by actual weight / volumetric weight, whichever higher.

a) For West Malaysia, shipping fee is RM 8 for parcels up to 5kg.

b) For East Malaysia, shipping fee is as followed:

Within 1kg = RM15

1.1kg – 1.5kg = RM20

1.51kg – 2kg = RM25

Every subsequent 1kg = Additional RM10

c) FREE SHIPPING for West Malaysia for orders above RM100. (Unless adjusted during seasonal sales.)

2. How long is the time of delivery?

Pre-order / Backorder products will take 3 – 4 weeks for the delivery.

Products with ready stocks will take 2 – 5 days for West Malaysia, and 5 – 8 days for East Malaysia.

3. When will I receive my tracking number?

Order status will be updated via email. You will receive the tracking number when it is available.
